If you can't get what you want from your local public radio station, try dialing into some college radio stations via your computer in Real Time. I was able to listen to all the folk music and other music as well from WWUH, The University of Hartford. They're located at 91.3 in the Hartford, CT region. I have also listened to WFUV. (Fordam Univ.) Good Luck.
