Going to the original Sam's was a special experience...it felt like being in the chambers of the Great Pyramid or something...ancient catacombs of tradition, and strange cubbyholes full of rare and unusual stuff that you couldn't find in most places.

I agree with Peter T. At least half the stuff worth doing in this world is "uneconomic behaviour". And that includes folk music, most of the time.
