I do have IE. I can use all the links in mudcat, but, none of the links sent to me via e mail. I just ran de frag offline for two hours, and, it never got above 3%. At that point, it went back to 0. Maybe the problem is in Outlook express? Afriend once told me that I should delete the programs at the bottom of the screen before running scan disc or defrag.
