Thanks for all the responses. I heard Len Chandler many times at the Gaslight Cafe in Greenwich Village in the early sixties. The thing that I remember most about him is that he would come down off the stage and walk over to a table where someone wasn't singing along when he asked, and look so threatening that they'd start singing, or squawking. "Yes, Mr. Chandler....." Anybody know where he is now? Back in those days, everyone was a folksinger because it looked like a cushy way to make a living. I remember Lou Gossett singing Rocks and Gravel and doing a pretty feeble impression of someone playing a guitar.Jerry
