I tried one when I was having all the back problems about the time Karen and I got married. I was trying anything from chiropractors on in trying to find some relief. As others have said, it was very short lived, but for a couple of hours I had very little pain. For long term pain relief I had back surgery.

I'm not knocking holistic approaches but there are some things that they can't fix, several herniated discs for instance.
