have to agree with Spaw i'm afraid it did nothing for me kat.. but sometimes it takes a few visits to find the right spot to help. They also can attach a mild eletrical charge to the needles, which i'm told can stimulate relief... fraid my own opinion is that it was not worth the money...sorry...
