I have been practising acupuncture on the nhs for 11 years following three years traditional chinese training. It works well for some and has no effect on others and I've only had one bad reaction in all these years which was a metal allergy to the needles. the only decent research done in GB has shown that it is effective for travelsickness,morning sickness and post chemo nausea. good luck you might be one of the lucky ones but as a rule if youre no better after 6 gos forget it
