sure have seen Tanglefoot - a great export......

Re Solid Bodied electric banjo - it does have a "tone module" to give it a more acoustic sound when amplified - although most of the the time I play it through a zoom effects unit which also doubles as a fold-back with its output fed to the main mixing desk. they (I have 2) are made by Terry Swan a UK builder from Nottingham (there's a review on our local site - www.fyldefolk.co.uk) and I've been more than pleased with them. Playing across a wide field of music from Traditional Folk to 50's Rock 'n' Roll I've found it to be very versatile sounding like an acoustic banjo or a lead guitar!

If you were at the FFF in the early days we must have seen one another at some time or other as Ian Gartside has played at every one (including No1)and I've been around most of them! in various guises

Well I'm off to a gig now so will go and throw the gear into the car.... looking forward to tomorrow and the concert as we won't have to supply our pa and sound man!!!!
