I've been living with Meneire's for several years, and there are some medications that can help. Definitely go see a doctor: there are tests for Meneire's and for other conditions that can cause vertigo, and the first step is to find out what's causing the problem. Only a doctor can do this, so get yourself to one as soon as you can. And good luck...hang in there!
