I was diagnosed with Meniere's a few years back.... after visiting GPs who sent me to cardiologists, CT scans etc.. and eventually an ENT specialist......I recommend the ENT approach (after you have seen your GP)... because they can connect electrodes and simulate the dizziness while they monitor you.. to see exactly what is causing it ..........
I was lucky I didn't have to take tablets (except during a bad attack)....... but was recommended to take a low salt diet and plenty of rest... both of which have helped tremendously.
