"Truncate" Means to cut something off before it is finis

I'm still not completely happy with the wording of the "create thread" page I put in above here. I followed Charlie's advice and changed it a bit, but I'm still not happy with it. It has to be clear, friendly, and concise. I'm open to suggestions. Then, maybe if we get something hashed out that's really great, we can talk Max into making it into the "create thread" page. Any more ideas?
