The return of the Thread Name Game reminded me of this one. At the top corner of each page of your Yellow Pages, you'll find the first and last categories listed on that page (or the only category, but that's no fun). Here are a few I just picked out of the Hilo phone book:

Birth-Boat (successor to the Love Boat, I imagine)
Fire-Fish (one of the sights you can see while snorkeling here on the Big Island)
Chiropractic-Churches (get straight with God)
Pizza-Plants (you can grow anything in Hawaii!)
Tattooing-Tax (the solution to our economic problems)
