As with other things posted at Mudcat, I understand the idea is that folks may use them noncommercially at will.   For me, that means I don't care if you sing my verse in a paid gig, even, but if you record it, I want a bundle, naturally!   ; )

However, I typed the verse inaccurately above.  Here is the correct version:

"Wait, neow," said the tabby cat, silken-furred.
 "To keep him from crying took more than those birds!
 So to lull him to slumber, I softly pur-r-r-r-r-r'd."
 "I," said the tabby cat, silken-furred.
