I meditate and I vizualise. The first time I sat in a psychic circle it occurred to me that the many times I had closed my eyes and fallen asleep - knew nothing until I awoke in the morning - were as nothing to this third eye experience.

It is a moving and amazing experience. What more can I say? I still do not understand it - or will I ever - but I continue to meditate. Another dimension which George discovered and held on to to the end of his life.
