Andy, are you also responsible for "Where Will We Gang" - the lovely song about the demise of the Scottish fishing trades? It's another of my favorites - I learned it from Sara Grey at Pinewoods in the early 90's and have been singing it ever since (translated to American English, as I am not Scottish). You are a fine songwriter!
