I just wanted to thank every one on this site for the knowledge I have gained by visiting and reading your comments. I would like to add my two cents here by saying that, IF a trained and competent School Teacher wants to carry, they should not not only be allowed but also encouraged to do so, only my two cents, but thats my opinion, again thanks for sharing the knowledge.
