Mine came back for the D.C. embassy, but it was a server error with a list manager, ListManager@lyris.digimark.net, to resend to with the error, so I am not sure it would do you much good. So far, I've not gotten anything back. I think Spaw is right, it probably does just as much good to also write to your congresspeople.
