Does anyone from Australia know of these two booksellers?

I'm contemplating buying these two Gaelic Song books.

1. [10] The Gaelic Songster. An T-Oranaiche: No Co-Thional Taghte do Orain Ur Ahus Shean, a Chuid Mhor Dhiubh Nach Robh Riamh Roimhe Ann An Clo Le Gilleasburg Mac-Na-Ceardadh.
Glasgow, Archibald Sinclair, 1879. Half-bound leather. All edges gilt. Gilt to raised bands on spine. Marbled endpapers. Cloth on boards worn, some rubbing to hinges and edges, o/wise contents good. A stoutly bound copy. Scarce. 527pp. Bookseller Inventory # 56940

1. MACKENZIE, John [10] SAR-OBAIR NAM BARD GAELACH: or, The Beauties of Gaelic Poetry, and Lives of the Highland Bards:
MacLachlan & Stewart, Edinburgh 1872. lxvi, 408pp incl. index. Name on f.f.e. and newspaper cuttings attached to endpapers. Some staining and discolouration to endpapers otherwise good. Has been rebound in half-leather with small amount of wear to cnrs. . The poems are in Scottish Gaelic and do not have translations. The notes are all inEnglish. Bookseller Inventory # 28007

In particular the second. If you know of the booksellers, I'd like to know if they are reputable, usually they are. Also, can they be negotiated downwards? The prices are reasonable, I'd say, but if I can get it lower I'd like to.

I just lost 40 years of book collected because of a fire at my storage facility with no insurance. So, if someone knows of either company, please let me know.
