The pastor, Guillermo Fabian, said that at a service, the 19-year old was confused, mixing up English and Spanish and talking very strange. His parents tied him in a chair and denied him food and water. He died. According to today's Calgary Herald, the parents have been charged with murder. Apparently the pastor won't be charged.
