Happy Burns Night! There are a number of events here in Boston but I am not feeling so well so am staying in; but I may put on his music later! (can't sing too well with this cold either but might try it...)

Last year I put flowers at his statue in downtown Boston...

I am also thinkig of Tony Cuffe, who did a guest stint on "A Celtic Sojourn" last year speaking about his Burns Night performance...we lost Tony recently, a Burns "scholar" and fine Scottish musician in his own right...I shall drink to them both and to poetic minds everywhere...
