How about outside the nearest halfway house for those 'care in the community' people who don't actually have a community that cares..... I'm sure they'd be able to find an appropriate use for it.... But outside Millbank Tower would be good. After all, she drummed up more support for the Labour party than Tony Bleugh ever did.......
