Sarah, they play these in Catalonia too, dont know what key, if Manitas or Liz get on here they could tell you, they are called Graillers (prounounced Gri ars) there.
They had a band of 12 in a procession we were in, with our Giant,in Catalonia and I could not get my friend to understand instructions tho' I was yelling at the top of my voice( and I am LOUD)from a foot away, they produced temporary deafness..
