Subject: RE: Help: Capers / Folk Camp Holidays
We're booking for Dalton, Elmore (Well, Sue is leader at Elmore actually!) and France!!

We are suffering from withdrawal symptoms as almost all the camps were cancelled last year due to "Foot and Mouth." Our kids are still delighted to come with us , as they have made loads of friends through the years. (They would revolt if we said we weren't Folk Camping!)

The main emphasis is definately participation, but nobody is forced into anything! It's always a joy to meet up with folk we haven't seen for ages and try and anticipate who might be at any of the camps. There is always an AGM and re-union Ceilidh in December, where you can re-live memorable experiences!

Go for it! Dalton is highly recommended at the start of the season, it's one of the friendliest camps around - rather like a Mudcat Gathering that goes on for days!
