It's not that I don't believe you, it's just that I can't imagine what the legal foundations for the ban would be--as for the Sonny Bono deal, it showed us that Democrat or Republican, our elected representatives are primarily concerned with the needs of the special interests who fronted them campaign money-Never underestimate the ability of the monied interests to manipulate the law--
