Beep! Beep! (a song from the viewpoint of a character who never gets the whole picture)
While running down a country road, so much to my surprise,
I Saw a heap of birdseed, of quite a gen'rous size.
I thought I'd stop and eat my fill, 'cos eating is my thing.
A giant rock fell past my head, and landed on a spring.
"Beep Beep, Beep Beep", I just went "Beep Beep Beep"
The next day on the roadway then I spied a railroad track.
It issued from a tunnel I remembered as a crack.
While waiting for the crossing bells, I just admired the view,
Then came a mighty gust of wind, a train came roaring through.
"Beep, Beep. etc.,"
One day upon a mountain pass, a rocket followed me.
I thought I'd best protect my ass, and ran away with glee.
The rocket followed on so fast, I didn't dare to stop.
I dodged it round a sudden bend, avoiding quite a drop.
"Bep beep etc.,..."
