Okay, Is this a sore point, or did I interupt some really interesting drama unfolding?

Did anything ever come of the "tape swap" idea? I see the thread died sometime back. Being new and all I have an interest in the idea. (Besides I do have a recording of some of my songs and stories...All copyrighted and such...)
