Ah,geez, BK, I quit feelin'ANY age a long time ago, but if you MUST put an age ta' me, you must put the same age to "bbc"; she 'ad her 46th a few days ago, as am I, today!***BIG GRIN***

Mind, I canna answer for Sham! How 'bout it Mr. Shambles?Hehehe

LEJ: Ouch! (more, more!)hahaha (That "more, more" was also for Catspaw's benefit!)

Don: thanks to you for including me in your "bag". The feeling is mutual.

Pete M: Aries, huh? When! Tell! Tell! (somebody else HAS to have a b-day thread sometime!)

Mikal: You're sure catchin' on fast, me boyo. By drum! I'll take your word on it!

Sandy, m'darlin', been hearing some fine things about you and yours from other Mudcateers. Knew them to be true even beforehand, and you're not late at all. I'm always on here about midnight and on, your time, dearie. Thanks so much, your words are precious for the feeling I know is there.

Susan: rather a quiet day, but the way I wanted it. Rog got up and did all of the laundry, by himself, I didn't even have to fold (my usual job); read the paper, had breakfast, answered calls from family telling me happy b-day; Rog took me for a ride up on Casper Mtn., one of my favourite places, all dark, dark green of lodgepole pines, standing so tall and ramrod straight amid a field of deep snow in the shade, melting rivulets and plain old dirt in the high prairie sun; slashes of aspen trees silvery white, standing bunched together in a self-segregated style; wind bringing a fierce chill to the forty degrees and the scent of green, piney things and others pushing up through the soil or budding out on the branch. Watched some deer grazing, flicking their swishy tails in cautious apprehension, deciding that we weren't going to let the Mer-dog go after them; bright white and dark gray black clouds scudding across the brilliant blue sky, the sun playing peekaboo all day;

then home....called the pizza delivery guy, made a salad and had my sisters and bro over, along with my daughter, Jerusha. We sang Prairie Lullaby (in the music therapy thread) over dessert and had a grand visit. Maybe call it a celebration of quietude and somewhat peaceful. Absolutely grand(!) when I finished off the day by logging on the'Cat and found all of my friends here, helping me to celebrate my being let out o'the bag!***BIG GRIN***

Love to you all,
