5, You either know it or not, but I've had one correct guess, based on the cast,assuming the instrumentalist was American!! (I believe the actor may actually be Canadian)
10, Yes it is a bad pun. A meaning of "Semi" is easy, but apparently the English language has more expressions & euphamisms for "Intoxicated" than for any other term.
13 & 14, Some confusion, but one is actually used as an instrument.
19, Remember, this is based on a French fairy story entitled ???
20, another atrocious pun.
