Ted, that thought briefly crossed my mind but I just couldn't fathom creating an issue/possible court case, etc. without the permission of the student involved........If they have in fact done that without the student's and his parents' permission, then it's equally detestable. I hope you're wrong but the fact that it occurred to me also bothers me a lot. Maybe we're both way too cynical......I hope so.
