Spaw-That article came up in about 6 point type, so I created a Word doc and blowed it up real good--unless the superintendent was misquoted in the extreme, he didn't think he did the right thing either--I lived in Philly for a while, and the School Superintendent went head to head with everyone from the Mayor to the Gov to the Feds to the State Supreme Court when necessary, I doubt that a Texan is going to be less independent--
