I don't know about sound files, but I have Phil's 1968 songbook ("The War Is Over", published by Barricade Music and with a $3.95 cover price!), and could snail mail or fax you some Xeroxes... Unfortunately it does not include "Draft Dodger Rag", but I can make a MIDI file of that melody...if you're not in a big hurry!
