You'll see why I labeled this BS in a minute.

The local newspapers have reported that Lyle Lovett had a run in with a bull recently. He was visiting his uncle Calvin Klein { not THAT Calvin Klein } in Klein Texas. They were in a field with a bull that charged Calvin. The bull had him down on the ground and was attempting to stomp his head in { the bull was pissed off } when Lyle ran up and smacked the bull over the head with his hat to distract it. The bull turned his attention to Lyle while Calvin made it to safety. Lyle had almost made it over a fence when the bull caught up to him and mangled one of his legs against the fence. Friends pulled Lyle to safety. His leg was broken 20 times. Nine big fragments and a lot of little ones. They expect he will have to go through six months of physical therapy - but he'll keep the leg.

Lyle apparently acted bravely and was credited with saving his uncle's life. Lesson learned - don't mess around with bulls.
