Good morning and hugs for you today, Hesperis. If you are in a city, there must be a food bank there somewhere. We have one here in our little rural town, and anyone can go there, no questions asked, to get free food. Try calling the local Salvation Army, and they should be able to give you contacts to any support systems there that you could use. You may be able to even find paid work on your computer from home. Is there a local college or university? Typing papers for students is a possible work at home job. It's harder without transportation - I had only a bike or walking until I got a car at age 32, and there is no public transportation here. I lived close to a campus and found a job there.
