When I am able, I always feel better for walking. When I am not able, I try to do some simple exercises and still feel better. Because of a health challenge, I have a difficult time walking outside in up and down weather and I cannot stand the air in the malls. I am thinking of getting a treadmill, again, which I did enjoy last time I had one.

Good luck to you. I had a friend who had problems with meds and who had been a long distance walker before. She started back only able to go half of a block. Within a year she'd worked back up to her usual 5-10 miles per day. Just take it slow and easy, Bob, and I'll bet you can do the same.
