I was walking 3-4 miles per day on a treadmill and felt great...but stopped. The weight is creeping back on but even more noticeable is the change in my skin. I think I was drinking a lot more water when I was walking and the increased blood flow just made me look rosier. Thanks for the nudge 53. Maybe tomorrow...
