I have an uncle who says he wins the lottery every day. He wins the dollar that he didn't spend on a ticket. He also loves the phrase that the lottery is a tax on people who aren't good at Math. He's a little weird, but we love him. We usually talk about him on the way to and from buying our lottery tickets!!
