I started a diet (unintentionally) around New Year's because I was tired of being stuffed all the time! I really just wanted to cut down on how much I ate, not really start a diet. But I started to lose a pound or two just watching how much I ate. I've walked as part of diets in the past and we have a treadmill so I started. I worked my way up to walking 2 to 3 miles almost daily and lost 22 1/2 pounds so far. I still have a way to go but I'm going in the right direction.Also, we just went to Disney World and with all of the walking I've been doing, I didn't get tired at all! We had a blast!
So, walk if you can! You'll feel better for it!
