We seem to have a problem with apostrophes. When I type "She's your mum" DIRECTLY into the search box for the Forum search (found here), I get results. When I type "She's your mum" into my word processor (Microsoft Word 97) and then copy and paste the whole phrase into the search box, I get NO results. The reason is that Word converts my straight-up-and-down apostrophe to a curved apostrophe, which is a different character. Apparently the search engine does not treat them as equivalents and does not find a match.

Genie, do you ever use a word processor this way? If so, would you repeat my experiment and see if you get the same results? Do you think that could explain your previous inconsistent results?
