About 27 years ago (now I really feel old) a couple of lads calling themselves 'Berk & Jerk' did a floor spot at the Ring o'Bells folk club in Middleton, n. Manchester. Their performance was hilarious, probably one of the most outrageous and funny I've ever seen.

Berk & Jerk became 'Brian and Michael'.

They didn't get a booking at the folk club because they weren't folk, but they were very good entertainers.
