In fairness Clinton, there is a lot more to Verity than I've attempted to give here and I think documenting it or even all of what may be the most useful user requirements is probably a difficult task. That said, I do wish there was more user friendly documentation and I do feel that it is better to try and make some of the arguably advanced search features accessible to many rather than to say something along the lines of "this is just for advanced searchers" which seems to have been the feeling last time I remember the subject being aired.

The help was re-written though. Here is pretty well the original document (although here it is split over a few pages) put, on this site, I think in it's intended context. I'll leave you to work out the changes.
