My favourite memory of Norman Vaughan is seeing him doing a Wilson Keppel and Betty style Sand Dance to "The Old Bazaar in Cairo".

He was dressed as Betty, wearing a bra made out of two saucepan lids. These he clashed together like cymbals at an appropriate point in the song.
