Same in New York about the landlord. Hes: it sounds like things are looking up. I have found with the apple cider vinegar/honey remedy that even store bought honey will work. there isn't a reason to stint on using it either or dosage except for taste. I usually use two teaspoon or a table spoon of vinagar about the same of honey and hot water drinking it as if it was tea and as much as is needed for cold sinus etc. I can't comment on allergy but it is the cat's meow for cold and sinus.
