That's JAY GOULD the robber baron, not the scientist. In JAY GOULDS'DAUGHTER daughter says;

"there's 2 more trains I'd like to ride Tell me daughter what can they be, The Atchison, Topeka & the Santa Fe."

The joke being that they were one railroad.
