Wings in six. They lose the first one after taking the Hurricanes too lightly. They take the second now that they're awake. The third is evenly played but the Wings win in overtime. Canes come out desperate for #4 and win a very physical match. Detroit takes the next one, breaking the spirit of the exhausted Canes who realize "we did pretty well just to get to this point". Last game won by Wings as Canes "go through the motions".
