Well, I don't know where Duke Leto is now, but there are lots of versions of Caitlín Triall/Tiriall/Triaill so it's hard to know which verses Duke would like translated.
See Áine's site (click on Caitlín Tiriall) for one version with Irish and translation. Although the Ulster version of this song has been attributed to 17th century poet Cathal Buí, Breandán Ó Buachalla, who is an authority on the matter, says Cathal Buí did NOT write the poem/song.
recordings include Skara Brae (according to the web - not on my LP!), Aoife Ní Fhearthaigh and maybe Caitlín Ní Dhomhnaill (I've heard her sing this but I don't recall whether it's on her recording). Aoife and Caitlín sing a different version than is on Áine's site. I can provide lyrics for that version, and some other info. later this week.
