If it was Nova Scotia I'd definitely make the effort. But Ramblewood seems to be getting the vote, which sounds pretty good too. If that's not possible, and it's during vacations (September?) it would be worth checking some colleges, many of which could provide all accomodation (including camping) on site, along with a first-class auditorium.
