I have a record of Pete Kairo playing that...I saw him almost 20 years ago...he is from the Boston area....he says on the record that he got the arrangement form Guy Van Duser...The record is 'Physical Records-PR 32-006' dated 1976....,,there is an address, though I doubt is is good....
