The primary thread on this song is Eddie Something or Other (click). I found it by searching for Eddie with our "Filter." Helps that I already knew we had a thread on the song.
The only recording I know of is the one by The Brother Four on their self-titled album. They call it "Sama Kama Wacky Brown."***
For some reason, people just don't take a lot of care to be accurate on the lyrics of this one....
