the mammogram does not. The system of screening does.
In the UK we have what is laughingly called a health service. If it weren't for breast & cervical cancer screening schemes we could sue them for trades desrcription. It is a SICKNESS service. For use by ill people.
Screening is a health service!
Is it 70% (or 80%) of all men here die with (not of) prostate cancer and we have no organised screening service for it in the public health sector.
But it is a killer - just ask Frank Zapper, he would tell you.
