We have Dog Court here in our town, but it's for the owners who violate the Dog Law. (Such as, no making doghouses out of barrels. You cannot keep your dog in a barrel, period.) Go figure. I'm having trouble imagining who we could even attempt to hold responsible for Spaw. But save me a seat with the spectators, I'm coming over.
